You're Always Listening

I was fortunate enough to learn this truism back in my Coors days.  As a new lad in a leadership position, I was encouraged to attend various leadership classes.  While none of them specifically mentioned this truism, it wasn’t until I found a great conscious mentor who was able to tie it all together for me. 

This is where I leaned the truism that no matter what we say, we believe it.  This is the way we’re wired.  Rather than try to find a way around this fact, we were taught to use it to our advantage.  Since you’re always listening, and believing what you hear, why not start feeding yourself some positive and great new stories and watch them come to fruition? 

It’s a simple equation and you’ve heard me mention it before – what you focus on expands.  The story you tell yourself throughout the day becomes your reality.  Or, as another mentor said, “The Universe says Yes”. 

Be good to yourself and start creating a wonderful, loving, and powerful new YOU
